What is Pay Per Click?

Pay Per Click, or PPC, is a form of online advertising offered by search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN. It allows companies to advertise online and be in complete control of their advertising budgets on a daily basis.

PPC accounts allows advertisers to create adverts to target potential customers as soon as they show an interest by typing a keyword into the relevant search engine.

The services offered are so dynamic that you can target potential customers by area, nationality and even age!

What are the setup costs?

If you already have a Pay Per Click account there are no setup costs and no hidden fees.

If you do not have an account the relevant search service charges a small activation fee, to be paid directly to them. Unlike some companies Pimienta DO NOT charge a set-up fee to create an account from scratch, it's simply all part of the service we offer

Pimienta charges a pre-determined monthly fee for each account we are asked to manage.

Are there any additional costs?

When advertising using a Pay-Per-Click campaign you will pay the relevant search platform, i.e. Google, Yahoo, MSN etc, directly for any clicks received.

I don't have a Pay-Per-Click account how do I set one up?

No problem. We can set an account up for you or, alternatively, we can walk you through the setup process

Will I still have access to my account when Pimienta manages it?

Yes. You have your own login details and we simply link your account into our management system. You remain 100% in control at all times.

Is there a minimum expenditure to qualify for management?

No. All we do ask is that the budget you specify is realistic in relation to the results you want to achieve.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Payments are to be made by Direct Debit. You will be asked to confirm your bank details when you sign up and we then set the Direct Debit up on your behalf. This is a totally secure service.

Can I still make suggestions with regard to the advertising campaign?

Definitely, we actively encourage our clients to be pro-active to ensure that the accounts are working effectively and no major work or changes are carried out without prior discussion and consent.

How long will I have to sign up for?

All of our clients will be required to enter into an agreement for only 30 days. The contracts are then rolled over at the end of each 30 day period. If you do wish to cancel we ask that you provide 14 days notice.

What happens if I cancel the service?

Providing you have given the required notice the contract will be terminated without penalty.
However please be aware, in certain circumstances, a one-off cancellation fee may be charged.

Will I lose my account history if I cancel?

As per Pimienta Internet Marketing's Terms & Conditions, any work carried out on the account during the contracted period may be deleted when the contract is ended.

Decisions regarding this will only be made after Pimienta have assessed the complete history of the account.

I'm still not sure if Pimienta is for me, what else can you do to convince me?
