Pimienta is committed to delivering the best possible service to all our customers, the following Terms & Conditions are designed to set out clearly from the start what we can expect from each other throughout our partnership.

1 Terms of Contract:

1.1 The following terms and conditions apply to You (the client) and are legally binding for the duration of the contractual period agreed by Pimienta Internet Marketing S.C. (Pimienta) and You regarding management of Your Pay-Per-Click Account.


2 Contractual Period:

2.1 The rolling contract between Pimienta and You will run for a period of 30 days from the date agreed by both parties and will continue until either party advises differently. Contracts may be terminated upon written notice of no less than 14 days.


3 Pimienta Services:

3.1 Pimienta will ensure, where possible, that all advertising requirements are met. However this is dependant on information provided by You to enable Pimienta to carry out work, as per Your instructions, with regards to adequate daily exposure and page positioning.


4 Client Contact:

4.1 You must provide a valid contact telephone number and email address to enable Pimienta to contact You when necessary.

4.2 Pimienta will ensure regular contact is maintained at all times, providing You with regular account performance updates. Pimienta requires You to do the same with regards to website changes; new product introduction etc to ensure the account is always up to date to enable optimum performance.

4.3 Pimienta will not make any changes to Your Advertising Campaign without first gaining Your prior consent.


5 Payment:

5.1 Invoices shall be issued on a monthly basis as appropriate and you shall pay the fees, without deduction, on a pre-determined date previously agreed by both parties.

5.2 In the event of non-payment Pimienta will suspend all further work on the account until any outstanding payment(s) due are received in full.

5.3 You agree to pay the agreed fee per month for the services of Pimienta. You agree that this amount shall be paid in advance by Direct Debit to Pimienta on a pre-determined date as detailed in point 5.1.

6 Payment Methods:

6.1 Payments must be made by Direct Debit on a pre-determined date, agreed by both parties. You will agree to provide all relevant bank details to Pimienta to ensure payments can be taken successfully on the set payment date.

6.2 You are responsible for advising Pimienta of any changes to Your payment details, failure to do so, therefore resulting in a failed payment, may result in a penalty charge.

7 Confidentiality Assurance:

7.1 Pimienta undertakes that all information pertaining to your business and your Pay Per Click account shall remain confidential at all times. No details will be passed to any third parties.
